The Role

This firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / CILEX / ILEX with 5 + years PQE to join their impressive office in Canary Wharf, London.

The Residential Property department deals with high quality work, where fee earners deal with their own caseload, often high-value transactions for a HNW client base. You will deal with a broad caseload of; domestic and commercial, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual as it comes with great opportunities for progression. You will also benefit from large expansion plans into an office in North East London, this is therefore a very exciting option.
