Are you a Corporate Solicitor looking to join a continuously growing Top Tier firm in Manchester City Centre? One of our remarkable clients with a top ranked corporate team are looking to expand.The Manchester team you will be joining as a Corporate Solicitor with this firm is headed up by well-known Corporate Partner who is experienced with both corporate and commercial matters. Through their own management experience, they have a unique understanding of corporate law that is transferred on to the rest of the team. There is an enviable corporate client base, so you will have the opportunity to build up your own client relationships - whilst also developing the current client base.
The firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor who is at Associate or Senior Associate level, so ideally someone who is 3+ years PQE. Strong corporate experience is essential for this position and the ability to work with high profile companies on the likes of, mergers and acquisitions; private equity; finance for both start-ups and business ventures etc. Working alongside leaders within their field, this Corporate Solicitor will be eager to carve out their reputation and get involved in a friendly high performing firm.
