Urgent requirement for a Family Lawyer to undertake an ongoing locum assignment for a successful practice in West Yorkshire.

Joining the practice’s specialist team located in the Bradford office, the successful lawyer will hit the ground running, utilising their skills and expertise to provide high-quality advice in private and publicly funded family matters. Managing a varied and often complex caseload, it is essential that the successful candidate can confidently manage their own caseload, with minimal supervision.

• Injunctive remedies
• Financial matters
• Divorce
• Child care cases
• Private Children Act matters
• Prenuptial agreements
• Domestic abuse protection

The Candidate
• Legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE
• Sound knowledge of private and public family matters is essential
• Available ASAP on an ongoing basis
• Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Can confidently manage their own caseload, with minimal supervision
• Possesses outstanding client care and interpersonal skills
