A niche role has been created within an industry leading departments' specialist Property Litigation team based in Liverpool. The role is for a solicitor to manage commercial property disputes. 
 
The department manages all types of property dispute and you, as a commercial property litigation solicitor, will be responsible solely for disputes involving commercial or mixed-use developments.

Acting for large national asset managers and institutional landlords on a plethora of property related issues, you will report directly to the Legal Director and work alongside the Director on matters of greater complexity. You will ideally have gained a knowledge of commercial leases and analysis of title, even if only rudimentary in scale.
 
It is expected, although not essential, that you will have previously dealt with corporate clients and large institutions as this is the team's core clientele. The position is client facing and requires excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with clients at the senior level.
