Job Details
A highly-regarded law firm is seeking a Corporate and Banking Legal PA to join their Manchester office, playing a pivotal role in supporting the Partners.
They are a modern and progressive law firm who seek individuals that have skills and personalities that stand out from the crowd. The firm seek a Corporate and Banking Legal PA who is highly motivated, committed and organised.
The role will be within the Corporate and Banking team, supporting the Partners as required.
General duties of the Corporate and Banking Legal PA will include:
- Paper and electronic filing
- Arranging meetings and diary management
- Travel and accommodation bookings
- Organising meetings, creating agendas as necessary
- Acting as a liaison for clients and colleagues, screening calls and transferring messages
- Provide financial administrative support to Legal Advisers
- Supporting the Office Manager with general ad hoc tasks
The ideal candidate will have a strong background of Legal PA experience, ideally in a legal Corporate or Banking environment. You will also ideally have experience dealing with large multimillion transactional pieces end to end.
The salary for the role is competitive and based on prior experience.
