My client is an exceptional international professional services company into the engineering space. With 50 offices across the globe and employing around 12000 people internationally. This company is dedicated to planning, designing and engineering across the globe, working on some exceptional projects especially in the Middle East, Europe and Africa.

Your new role
My client is seeking a commercial lawyer who has a strong commercial mindset and who is looking for a broad In-house role with a large international company looking to expand its UK presence. My client is seeking someone who is personable but also robust and able to give high quality commercial legal advice to key stakeholders within the business.You will have a strong track record of advising and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements and tenders. Ideally you will have some experience on the compliance side also.

What you'll need to succeed
My client is seeking ideally a 6+PQE UK qualified lawyer or qualified in a similar common law jurisdiction (But will consider applications outside this specification). You will be expected to travel around 5-10% of the time to some exotic destinations such as, Dubai, Cairo and mainland Europe.
