Job description: This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Contacts and Procurement Lawyer to join a highly-regarded commercial team, within a large metropolitan council in West Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will be:
- Dealing with all commercial contacts and procurement matters that arise, including advice on EU procurement law
- Advising on various tenders, local government law and governance issues
- Drafting IT contracts, and contracts for services amongst others
Candidates wishing to be considered for this role must have previous experience within a local government, or public sector organisation, and must have sound knowledge of the law surrounding commercial contracts and procurement.
