You will be NQ - 2 years' PQE Residential Property Solicitor therefore, will have experience of running a varied caseload including an interest in freehold and leasehold residential and commercial conveyancing, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, Rights to Buy, Shared Ownership Schemes, new build developments and lease extensions. This is a great opportunity to join a long-established firm and to be a key team member involved in expanding the department, with excellent working practices.
