Job Details
A brand new vacancy has arisen for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a busy Residential Conveyancing department in Swanage. On a daily basis you will have responsibility for your own caseload from instruction through to post completion.
Applications are encouraged from candidates confident in managing their own caseload of sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties; remortgages; shared ownership; and new build properties. You will need to demonstrate excellent business development skills, and the ability to network within the local region in order to introduce new clients to the practice.
