My client is a Welsh Law Firm of the Year winner, a growing business in the midst of significant expansion. They are seeking to appoint a full-time Commercial Property Solicitor to join their talented team.

Working as part of their Cardiff-based property team, they are looking for a highly motivated lawyer with excellent academic credentials and sound practical experience and some experience of handling commercial secured lending.

You will be conducting Tier 1 work.

The successful candidate should be experienced in non-contentious property law, and will benefit from a role which will involve both providing support to senior lawyers and conducting an individual case load, whilst simultaneously receiving support and guidance to develop their own career path.
