Corporate / Commercial Solicitor - (Junior to mid-level)
A great opportunity for a corporate commercial solicitor to join a substantial and forward thinking firm with offices across East Anglia. Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 years corporate commercial experience up to a more senior level.
The work covered will be varied and exciting and of a high quality. The work will involve assisting SMEs and other businesses across the London and East Anglia region, with a particular focus on: shareholder agreements, director's service contracts, purchase and sale of companies, purchase and sale of assets, partnership and LLP agreements. Experience in one or more of these fields would be highly desirable.
This a well run and prestigious firm and there is a very supportive team ethos. The firm is looking to further develop the Corporate and Commercial offering at this office and is very willing to invest in the future here, which brings some interesting opportunities.
