Conveyancing Assistant
I'm pleased to be working with this well respected regional firm again for the vacancy of Conveyancing Assistant at their Bedford branch. I've dealt with this established practice over several months and found them to be a professional organisation that offers a great environement for development and progression.
Based in well equipped, spacious offices in a central location in Bedford, you will be joining a strong team with experienced team members to support your induction into the firm and into your role of Conveyancing Assistant.
This current role as a Conveyancing Assistant requires a candidate comfortable in all procedures and forms, and versed in running parts of the file handling process.
Duties and responsibilities:
-Assisting the management of a caseload of residential property matters on behalf of fee earners and solicitors
-Completing forms and process requirements of residential conveyancing work
-Handling administrative tasks for the team
-Working on sale and purchase transactions of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, help to buy transactions
