An award winning high street firm in Newport are looking to appoint a Paralegal to join their highly successful Family Law team.
The family department deals with divorce, financial separation, cohabitation, children matters, cases concerning domestic violence and involvement with social services.
The idea candidate will be a paralegal/ legal assistant with experience in Family law. You must also have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with modern IT systems and be organised. You will be assisting senior solicitors with a range of privately funded family work. Duties will include liaising with clients, assisting with casework, preparing documents etc.
The firm pride themselves on their investment in staff, offering positive working conditions and ongoing professional development opportunities and many of their legal assistants have gained training contracts with the firm.
