Agricultural Property/Commercial Property Solicitor - Oxford

A nationally regarded commercial firm which is regarded to have one of the leading commercial property departments in the country are looking to add a lawyer to their specialist agricultural property team.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with upwards of 2 years PQE in dealing with property matters ideally with experience of working with clients in the agricultural sector. However, they are also interested in those with general commercial property experience looking to specialise in agricultural property work.

The firm as a whole is a well known multi service firm and has a national reputation for their quality of work. They are legal 500 and chambers listed in almost every area of law which demonstrates the high standards and quality of lawyers within the firm.

This is an excellent chance to work alongside some of Oxfordshires leading real estate lawyers who focus on work relating to agricultural and rural land. You will work on a broad range of work including acquisitions and disposals of property and land, development work, and landlord and tenant matters.
