Our client, a legal 500 firm are currently looking for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Nottingham office to handle a caseload of employment rights cases. You will join a team of 40+ staff members passionate in Employment Law, Personal Injury, and Social matters. The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive who will be responsible for managing a mixed case load of employment cases and/or representation matters including unfair dismissal and compromise agreements, also more complex matters (e.g. discrimination/TUPE) whilst working closely with the Partners. This role is for either full or part time candidates.

You will have the chance to progress your career by working on a mixed range of cases, which will include highly-regarded and employment rights cases. The Responsibilities

  • At least 2 years experience in Employment Law matters
  • A clear understanding of Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal, rules on evidence, litigation process and funding
  • Ability to assess and offer advise on the prospects of success and value of Employment Tribunal claims
  • Someone who is self-sufficient and thrives in a busy working environment
