Corporate / Commercial Solicitor

My client is a leading law firm with offices across the South West.

Based at my clients Exeter office and working as part of its commercial law team, you will be familiar with a range of business related legal issues for commercial clients, which may include general corporate work, partnerships, business acquisitions, etc. Experience in dealing with major lending institutions is desirable.

The role represents a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to build on their broad range of commercial acumen and become part of a close-knit team actively building and developing commercial business throughout the county.

You will possess a minimum of 5 years PQE including a good range of commercial legal experience. In addition, you must be a confident communicator, persuasive, articulate, and friendly with a good sense of humour. Commercially astute you will be able to demonstrate first-class drafting and analytical skills.
