Our client is a fantastic firm who are seeking a permanent member of staff for their Employment Department.
Applicants must be qualified Solicitors with practical experience in handling a mixed caseload of both claimant and respondent employment matters. The successful candidate can expect to deal with the following:
- Managing grievances
- Advising on Whistleblowing
- Disciplinary procedures
- Commercial Support work
A strong employment background is essential and candidates must be able to manage their own caseload. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable with working in an autonomous manner.
