Job Details
Our clients specialist commercial property department is looking to recruit a solicitor who is confident to run their own files and assist the head of department with more complex matters.The successful applicant will have at least 2 year’s PQE and be able to deal with a wide range of cases involving both commercial and residential development, agricultural law, freehold/leasehold acquisitions and sales, new leases, lease renewals, variations, assignments and surrenders, landlord and tenant issues, pension fund investment and secured borrowing.
Previous experience of handling a commercial property caseload is essential. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate strong IT ability and confidence in using a range of computer packages, including the full suite of Microsoft Office applications.
