Job Details
Our client, a well-established law firm, require, due to an expansion, an additional full time Family Solicitor for their Childcare department. The role will involve handling own caseload of public law childcare matters. They are seeking an experienced and confident Children’s Lawyer with strong case management and advocacy skills.
You will need:
- To be a qualified Childcare Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE,
- Childcare advocacy experience,
- Public law/regulatory knowledge and requirements,
- Previous experience managing a busy caseload.
