Job Details
A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced private client solicitor to join this highly-regarded team in London.
The firm has impressive recently refurbished offices, made specifically for its requirements.
Due to a senior private client solicitor retiring, you will take over their quality existing caseload, including tax and trusts matters. You will sit between the partners and the less qualified solicitors, adding value to the existing team.
Typical matters include:
- Wills & Probate
- Tax Planning
- Trusts and LPAs
- Court of Protection
- A qualified solicitor - as a guide we are looking for a minimum of 4 years of PQE, though more experienced are encouraged to apply.
- A confident practitioner, able to handle some more complex matters.
- STEP accreditation desirable but not essential
