Job Details
NHS Interim Legal Services Manager
Our client, an NHS Trust based in North London is looking for an interim Legal Services Manager to run their legal services team and manage the legal work dealt with by the Trust.
On a day to day basis, you will be liaising with solicitors and NHS Resolution to lead and manage the investigation of clinical and non-clinical claims. You will also be expected to assist employees before inquests and lead the legal services team.
The post is initially for 3 months with the view to be extended and is a great opportunity for a candidate who is wanting to further their experience in a busy NHS legal environment.
The ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified solicitor or barrister
- Previous NHS experience
- Experienced in managing a legal services team
- Able to manage claims and inquests
