The Role

The firm is looking to hire a Company Commercial Solicitor with 1+ years PQE into their growing Plymouth office.

This varied position involves conducting a caseload of company commercial files for clients including sole traders, partners, directors and shareholders.

You will work both alone and alongside colleagues on a wide variety of business matters including sales, mergers, acquisitions and corporate reconstructions, as well as taking part in business development activities.

This is a VERY exciting opportunity for someone potentially who handles some co.co work already but wants to further specialise OR someone who already handles this work solely, but wants to better the level of client's they tend to deal with.

Requirements:

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with at least 1 years + PQE
• You will be based in the Plymouth
• Salary is dependent on your level of experience and background, although, above market rate, you will also receive a truly excellent benefits package.
