Responsibilities
  • Freehold and leasehold residential property
  • Lease extensions
  • Sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Land Registry work
The Candidate
  • Solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
  • Solid residential property experience
  • A wide range of expertise in leasehold and freehold property, including lease extensions
  • Excellent client care skills
  • IT proficiency
