Employment Solicitor 0-2 Years Cardiff
My client, a multi service commercial law firm in the centre of Cardiff , houses a specialist and longstanding employment team and are looking for an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join an expanding team. The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
You can expect to handle a mix of contentious and non contentious matters, you will be involved in complex multi-day discrimination and whistleblowing claims as well as advising on the TUPE regulations, in particular in relation to private and public sector outsourcing and service transfer transactions, and in respect of equal opportunities and discrimination law issues in the workplace.
