Contentious Trusts and Probate Paralegal

A Private Client Paralegal is required for a well regarded Legal 500 law firm. The role is based in Birmingham and offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package (career development, regular Reviews, Pension Scheme and much, much more).

The team consists of 5 Senior Fee Earners and 2 Paralegals. The role will involve taking instructions and preparing Wills as well as gain exposure within LPAs and Court of Protection.

You will work with a team of Paralegals within my client's busy Private Client department. We need to see evidence on your CV that you have at least 2 years experience within Private Client whether that be in a secretarial or paralegal capacity. The successful candidate will have strong experience drafting simple and complex wills.
