The role
The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor for their Brighton offices.

You will join a busy Commercial Property department that has an excellent reputation within the local market and has strong relationships with local agents and other referrers. You will manage your own caseload of commercial leases, assignments, lease renewals and related Landlord Tenant matters. You will have your own office in which to work from and be encouraged to be actively involved in the firms' marketing and networking events.

You will find a strong department with formidable ties within the region, along with excellent team of support staff. You will have your own secretary enabling you to be more efficient.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property, Solicitor or ILEX with at least 3 years experience (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have a strong technical knowledge
• You should have first class client service skills
• Salary is very competitive depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and lucrative bonus structure
