Residential Property Solicitor (not like any other role) – Cardiff or Bristol
My client is looking for a number 2 in the department for their growing residential property team. With 25 offices Nationwide including Cardiff, they have recently opened a new office in Bristol. They are paying above market rate to secure the right person.
You will act as a deputy in the department to the Associate Solicitor and will have experience in
- Sales (both Freehold and Leasehold, registered and unregistered)
- Purchases (both Freehold and Leasehold, registered and unregistered)
- Re-Mortgages
- Transfers of Equity
- Purchase of Freehold
- Shared ownership Purchases and Sales
- New Build Properties
- Auction properties
