Childcare Locum (Outside IR35)

Childcare Locum – 3 months – Up to £40/hour Umbrella – Outside IR35

Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Childcare Locum Solicitor for a Local authority based in the West Midlands. This role is offered on an Outside IR35 basis.

The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for a period of 3 months on a full-time basis. There may be flexibility of home working.

The successful applicant will be expected to carry out various responsibilities including:

• Managing a full caseload of Childcare cases to include all pre proceedings
• Attending both County Court and Family Proceedings Court including trial hearings, directions hearing and half day hearings
• Performing own advocacy – contested and final hearings

The role is offering up to £40/hour Limited/Umbrella dependent upon experience.
