Commercial Litigation Associate

Very good opportunity has arisen within a stable and profitable regional firm known for their quality driven approach with clients.
This position is ideal for an experienced associate or senior associate solicitor who perhaps needs to move as their path to progression is blocked at their current firm. The candidate must be ambitious, client facing, a go getter and prepared to market themselves, the department and Firm. A following would be helpful although an ability to attract clients will be crucial.
The firm needs someone to come in and make an impact on litigation team. You should be experienced and driven with a commercial bias. The brief is to grow and develop the litigation department and work closely with the other commercial areas of the business.
Salary to negotiation based on previous experience and current work sources. This is a full time role permanent role with a flexible and competitive package, including 28 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases with service), pension scheme up to 4% matched contribution, annual bonuses, Christmas office closure, voluntary cash plan schemes to assist with dental and optical bills and much more.
