Job Title: Legal Counsel

Salary: £55k - £65k

Location: Huddersfield

A leading Commercial business which continues to dominate the market is seeking a Legal Counsel to join them for the next stage of their growth plan.

Our client has been at forefront of providing consultancy services to a variety of sectors. As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for leading on all Legal matters for the business. Predominantly you will handle the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of Commercial agreements, including sales, HoT, supply, distribution etc. As the business is highly acquisitive, experience of Corporate matters is beneficial to the roleholder, but not essential. You'll be working closely with an experienced Company Secretary in a fast paced environment, where you'll have autonomy to drive change as you see fit.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor from Practice or In-House to join a business where you'll be guaranteed excellent exposure to a wide variety of Legal and operational matters. Ideally you will be 3PQE or above, and be adept at handling internal stakeholder relationships whilst providing quality Legal advice. The business hopes that the successful applicant will grown with them and ultimately assume a leading role of a larger Legal team in the future.
