Associates PQE 3-5
Sullivan & Cromwell LLP is an international law firm providing the highest quality legal advice and representation to our clients around the world across a number of core practice areas.
We are looking to recruit qualified Associates to practice US law in the General Practice department of our London office.
Applicants will need to have first rate academics and have graduated from a Juris Doctor or equivalent program at a leading US or Canadian law school. Applicants must also be a member of a US Bar and need to have proven experience in Capital Markets, Corporate/Mergers and Acquisition or Finance.
Duties will include conducting legal research, due diligence, document review, drafting legal documentation, agreements and other relevant memoranda and attending client meetings.
This vacancy is covered by the Working Time Regulations and offers a competitive salary.
