Job description: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Local Authority in Aberdeenshire for an initial 3 month period, with the strong likelihood of extension.
The successful candidate will be:
- Dealing with a full and varied caseload of Commercial Property matters
- Advising clients and third parties on Commercial Property matters
The ideal candidate for this job will be a Scottish Qualified Solicitor, have previous experience in commercial property within the public sector and be able to hit the ground running. Candidates with experience within Private Practice will also be considered.
