Our client is looking for a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their well-respected Dispute Team in Christchurch.

Working on a full-time basis, the successful applicant will be taking on an exciting caseload. Working alongside senior fee earners, you will have a proactive approach to your work, handling your workload to meet key deadlines.

  • Landlord and tenant issues
  • Boundary disputes
  • Breach of contracts
  • Issuing Court claims
  • Debt recovery
  • Professional negligence
The Candidate
  • Experienced fee earners with experience in a similar subject should apply
  • Demonstrate excellent client care skills at all times
  • Have the ability to work well as part of a team as well as individually
  • Meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
