Lexcel accredited firm in North London are seeking a Housing Legal Administrator/Trainee Solicitor, with the possibility of a training contract in the future.

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Housing Legal Administrator/Trainee Solicitor to take responsibility for the administrative functions for the firm and provide support to the casework team. There may also be the opportunity to assist with casework in a part-time training contract role in the future.

• Ensuring the smooth running of the office
• Ordering stationery and equipment supplies
• Liaising with the firm’s IT support
• Maintaining filing systems
• Reception duties
• Dealing with petty cash
• Assisting fee earners
• Co-ordinating internal communications
• Audio and copy typing
• Liaising with clients
• Completing standard forms and documents

The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from paralegals with at least one year’s experience in a similar role
• Experience in housing would be beneficial
• Excellent time management and organisational skills are required
• Being personable with clear and concise communication skills would be greatly desirable
