A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a leading, multi-office, award-winning, Legal 500 firm who have a proven track record as a forward thinking and energetic firm, offering high levels of specialist advice.

Working as part of the wider disputes team you will have complete autonomy to make the role your own. You will inherit a caseload that can be further developed and it is hoped that you will take on other responsibilities with in the department.

Responsibilities:

• As the Senior Litigation Solicitor, you will deal with a broad caseload, which will include:-
• General Contractual disputes
• Neighbourhood disputes
• Landlord & tenant
• Debt recovery
• Insolvency

Requirements:

• You will have a proven track record and practical experience of general & civil dispute resolution work
• It is expected that you will have in excess of 4 years pqe; although this only a guide and all applications will be considered on merit
• Strong advocacy skills will be of benefit
