Job Details
A forward thinking high street law firm based in Llanelli are looking to recruit and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.
You will be required to handle a full range of commercial property matters including; landlord and tenant, relocations, funding, acquisitions and disposals and residential and commercial developments.
In addition to fee earning you will need to take a proactive role in the departments business development and networking activities and build upon the existing exceptional reputation the firm enjoys.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of all aspects of Commercial Property law and be experienced with delivering high quality commercially driven legal advice.
The salary advertised is a guide only and dependent on experience.
