RTA Litigator

Litigator - Personal Injury - Birmingham

My client is a National Law Firm who due to expansion are looking to recruit an RTA Litgator for their growing team in Birmingham.

The succesful candidate would join a specialist law firm and can expect to handle an array of third party motor injury cases. The role will mostly consist of fast-track files with some mulit-track, with complex and more techincal files. Candidates would be expected to handle files from start to conclusion, with a very high percentage of the claims being Litigated files.

To be considered for this role, you must:

- Have a minimum of 1 years litigation experience
- Part 7 experience
