Cyber Data Protection Partner

TMT Cyber and Data Privacy Partner required to join a top 20 Legal 500 firm. This leading international organisation operate from over 20 offices across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the US. This role comes with realistic long-term prospects within a market leading practice.

The Role

You will be part of the global Cyber practice in partnership both in London and the firm's international offices regularly working alongside cyber security colleagues in other practice areas such as financial services regulatory, insurance, employment, and the non-contentious data protection team.

The successful hire will need to have a solid background specialising in cyber risk, GDPR and data privacy law. You will be working with some of the world's leading companies in relation to their cyber strategy and cyber risk management.

This position will be in depth, challenging and will give exposure to high quality complex cyber risk matters for high profile blue chip clients. The team are growing and at the forefront of this developing sector.

Requirements

• You will be a Cyber & Data Privacy Partner
• Must be qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• You will have strong academics (min 2:1 degree).
• Experience gained at a reputable firm within an established practice.
• The ability to manage and develop strong client relationships whilst also effectively providing support internally to the firm and colleagues.
• Ability and drive to work on bespoke, big-ticket and complicated matters
