Are you a Company Commercial Solicitor, based in Gloucester, looking to join an award winning multi-office firm?
The firm have an outstanding reputation, and offer a full range of services to a varied client base of both private and commercial clients. They are looking for a commercially aware Company commercial Solicitor to join them on a full time, permanent basis. Working alongside the head of department you will be joining a friendly and close knit team.
The successful candidate will have a proven understanding of the preparation of sale and purchase agreements and good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and contract law. You will be comfortable working your caseload autonomously, and have a keen interest in business development alongside this. You will bring with you a minimum 3 years PQE and have a demonstrable background in all areas of company commercial law including buying and selling businesses.
