Employment Locum Solicitor
Our client, a highly regarded law firm based in Berkshire with easier commuter links from London is currently looking for an experienced Employment Locum for an ongoing period to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be managing all aspects of their caseload, requiring strong decision-making capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment locum looking for a long-term assignment.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Acting for claimants
- Employment tribunals
- Litigated and non-litigated case load
- Experience dealing with union clients
- Ability to conduct full caseloads from beginning to end
- 5+ years PQE
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
