In House Corporate Lawyer Job - Home Based - Competitive Salary
Your new company
This leading global energy organisation are looking to recruit a Lawyer with corporate experience to expand its remote working legal team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the EPC Contracts and building contracts involved with the organisations projects and with the acquisition of other companies to the group. In addition, you will be advising, drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements, development agreements, heads of terms for share sale and purchase agreements and corporate documents for UK transactions. You will manage external lawyers and assist the General Counsel to develop processes, procedures and standard form documents.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be 3+ years PQE with a background in either Private Practice or an In-House role. You will have qualified in Corporate or Corporate and Commercial and will have an understanding of project finance and finance documents. Experience in an international firm and with international projects and EPC contracts would be desirable, as would previous experience in Solar energy, but this is not essential.
