Childcare Solicitor or Legal Executive.
 
This large Devon based full-service law practice is looking for a childcare solicitor or legal executive to join their busy team in Torquay.  
 
You will be joining one of the counties largest and most established firms, working within a very supportive team in Torquay. You will be encouraged to work together to continually build on an already strong reputation. 
 
Your focus will be on care proceedings, acting mainly for parents & grandparents.

You may be a member of the Children Panel or working towards that. You will be expected to conduct your own advocacy, unless very complex or lengthy.
 
As a childcare solicitor, your caseload may also include more general family/matrimonial law, but child care will be your main focus.

Solicitors and legal executives with at least 2-3 years' prior family law experience (to include childcare) are encouraged to apply. 
 
This role will be offered on a full-time basis and a competitive salary is offered depending on experience.
