Commercial Property Solicitor

A well established and respected firm with offices across Wiltshire are looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor to their team.

With a great reputation across the region, and a pride in delivering excellent client care at all times, this opportunity would suit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 5yrs+ PQE (but candidates with slightly lower experience will be considered)

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Be a qualified solicitor, at least five years PQE
• Have experience of working in commercial property - landlord and tenant and development - across a range of clients, handling a diverse range of issues
• Have a strong desire to learn and widen knowledge
• Be able to act independently to a reasonably high level, but also to work with more experienced partners and fee earners on more complex and specialised matters as required
• Have experience of building relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals, with a natural ability to promote marketing and business development initiatives in a dynamic way
• Possess good communication skills in order to explain legal matters clearly to clients
• Use discretion and have the ability to respect client confidentiality
• Be able to tackle tasks in a structured manner to ensure completion to a high standard
• Possess solid organisation and time management skills
• Have experience of working in a team and the ability to develop relationships with colleagues
• Have proven attention to detail and drafting skills
• Possess sound problem solving skills
• Be able to adapt to a broad range of situations and circumstances and remain calm under pressure
