Commercial Property Solicitor – Stoke on Trent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly, welcoming practice in Staffordshire.
This position has arisen as part of the firm's continued expansion and would be ideally suited to a Solicitor with three to ten years PQE seeking to join a supportive and high performing team.
You will handle a stimulating commercial property caseload and provide guidance to junior members of staff on complex matters. The caseload will be varied and will have a focus on commercial acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant matters.
The firm offers clearly defined development plans and excellent work life balance. Whilst this is a full time position the firm is able to offer flexible working arrangements.
The salary on offer will be competitive and will be dependent on experience.
Applications will be considered from qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives with commercial property experience and would be best suited to individuals with over three years PQE.
