Commercial Property Solicitor

TSR have an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established regional law firm based in Northampton. Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy team.

Our client is well-respected within the local community and have a proud heritage with strong core values. They are a multi-practice firm who have specialists working in areas including commercial property, employment law, divorce, landlord and tenant, conveyancing, wills, probate and immigration. They have been awarded an impressive number of awards and accreditations in recent years and are looking to expand upon their success.

The caseload is interesting and varied, including all aspects of commercial property matters; Landlord and tenant, purchases and sales and development. You will deal with all aspects of non-contentious commercial property and purchase and refinancing work for residential and commercial developers.

The right candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate knowledge in a variety of commercial property matters (2PQE +). You will be given the opportunity to develop your own case load and client base. As the role involves client engagement and so it is important that you are an effective communicator with a strong ability to build working relationships.
