Job Details
Are you an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner looking to work for nationwide firm? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join our client's knowledgeable team within their office in Greater Manchester.
The role will require you to manage a caseload off a variety of Commercial Property files. You will need have strong organization and prioritization skills and have excellent technical knowledge.
As a Commercial Property Fee Earner your will be working on the following:
Residential Transactions - Sales, Purchase and Leases
Lease extensions/ Leasehold Enfranchisement
Promotion and Overage Agreements
Finance - drafting loan agreements and advising on lending
Sale and Purchase of Dental Practices
The successful candidate will have ideally 12 months' previous experience within Commercial Property, a proven ability of managing your own caseload and a drive to deliver excellent service to clients.
