The Role

The firm are seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor for their office in Ascot, Berkshire.

They mostly deal with a very high-quality of work, and break out of the gates with speed and grace unmatchable for other firms. They deal with transactions between some top city practices. You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team.

They are experiencing real demand from their clients and are currently having to turn away work due to sheer volume. You will have the autonomy to take the department forwards, working as part of a supportive, friendly and dynamic practice.

You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across several industry sectors ranging from SME's to National companies. The firm has a strong reputation in the restaurant, leisure and retail sectors. The caseload will include; company sales and purchases, M&SA, share sales, management buy ins, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, franchising, re-structuring and LLP's. The client base ranges from SME to national companies.
