Your new role
This employment solicitor role will see you handle a good mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. The work is mainly respondent based although there will be some settlement agreement work.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an employment lawyer with 1+ years' pqe. You will have strong client care and client relationship building skills. The firm has a real depth to its client base and can offer interesting and challenging work.
What you'll get in return
This is a very different employment solicitor role to work in a very progressive practice. The firm can offer home and agile/flexible working. The salary is negotiable depending on your experience.
