A national law firm is looking to recruit a Junior Residential Property Conveyancer to its team at their head office in Central London.

The work that this team deals with is high value and often contains complex and challenging matters relating to residential properties - so is a far cry from the high volume and process driven environment of other conveyancing teams.

The team acts on behalf of a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, investors and developers on issues such as the sale and purchase of high value residential property, re-mortgages, lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement and shared equity schemes.

It is expected that you will have at least 1 years PQE gained from a City, Regional or National practice in dealing with residential property work and as well as a good academic record. You should have the drive and enthusiasm to get involved in the business development activities of the firm to maintain and develop their top rate reputation in dealing with such work.

This firm offers one of the best and unique benefits packages on the market. As well as a good salary their staff can expect to enjoy perks such as bonuses, generous annual leave, private healthcare, enhanced maternity and paternity leave and other fantastic benefits.

The firm treats their lawyers with respect and trust and they do not operate a micro managed high pressured environment. They expect high standards in order to maintain their top rate reputation but aim to encourage a happy and relaxed working environment where their staff can thrive.

They take a positive and proactive approach to their staff development and a structured career path within a relaxed but professional working environment to encourage everyone to fulfill their potential. The firm has consistently grown year on year to now be one of the UKs leading firms and they have exciting plans for the future. Their approach towards staff development and the way they treat their staff has led to them obtaining accreditations and awards in recognition of this

If you are a Residential Property Lawyer looking to explore the market for opportunities in Central London then this could be the perfect opportunity to continue your career in residential property law.
