Job Details
As part of its continued growth, this company is now looking for a development professional to join its exceptional and highly committed development team based in York.
You will be responsible for identifying properties for acquisitions and disposal by attending business networking events and building relationships with new and existing clients.
This role would be ideal for a highly experienced solicitor who has worked within the property sector and has a good knowledge a commercial or residential property and is looking to take a step out of the legal sector.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good knowledge of a variety of property sectors and may already have considerable experience delivering developments.
- Specific experience of site identification, design review, appraisal preparation and property disposal.
- Working knowledge of funding mechanisms, construction procurement and legal documentation would also be advantageous.
- A good communicator, a good listener and negotiator.
